Craig & Rosie's Wedding

This last Saturday the 17Th of April was my brother Craig's Wedding. Jess, the kids and I drove down there last Friday. My nlaws Debbie, Jeremy, Niesha and their son Carter came from St. George to Vegas to spend some time with Braxton and Tylar. The kids stayed the night with them and had most of Saturday with them until the Wedding started. Debbie took them swimming at their Hotel and treated them to Chuck E Cheese too! The kids had a blast and told me all about it when I saw them. They are so close to their Me Me and are always so excited to spend time with her! Thanks again Debbie, you always do so much for them; we are all so blessed to have you in our lives; your such an awesome Grandma (Me Me) and Mother. We love you more than words can say!! We then got ready for the Wedding there at the Marriott in Summerlin. It was actually the first time I had met Rosie and right away I felt like I've known her forever. She has such a sweet, beautiful personality and is such a caring loving person. She is one of those people to where you can just feel her love when your near her. I am so happy for Craig that he finally found someone and not just anyone but the right one! I have been praying for him for years now and I knew God had someone waiting for him on God's time. I am so happy for them both as they deserve each other and I know they will be so happy together! Thank you again to you both for welcoming us into your home and for the beautiful Wedding Dinner! Below are a lot of pictures from the Wedding and Rosie's Family and mine. We had so much fun; I always love being surrounded by my family, even though some times it may be chaotic with so many people and everyone trying to get each other's attention constantly (Lol!) but I truly enjoy the love I feel from them all and it's just a perfect reminder when were all together of what I am blessed with! Family is forever and eternity and no body can ever take that from you. Family is the best gift from God and I cherish each and every one of them! I love you all!!!! xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo

Tylar's Dentist Visit

Tylar had her Dentist appointment today. She had 7 cavaties! I know crazy right! Most of them were in the back where it is hardest to brush but from now on after finding out she had that many; I will be extra cautious and very anal with both my kids teeth. Anyway so they had to completly knock her out because we actually tried taking her in about a month ago and she freaked out and wouldn't let the dentist proceed so we had to set this appointment to totally sedate her to where the first time they just gave her a drink that makes you drowsy and laughing gas. This time was serious stuff! They had her sit on my lap, gave her a shot (anisthetics) and she cried really bad so I tried distracting her with the stickers they gave her and talking to her; it was working, then all of a sudden she started laughing for a few seconds then instantly passed out in my arms. I hated seeing her like that, all limp and non responsive. I know that's what it's suppose to do but it made me so sad I had to get out of there! The Doctor took her from my arms and layed her in the bed, put the heart rate moniter on and the oxygen mask; I gave her a kiss on the forehead and walked out. I waited for about an hour. When she was finished, they called me back and she was sleeping in the nurses arms. She told me Tylar woke up for a minute and all she could say is "I want my Mommy"; it broke my heart. As she explained to me her after care, Tylar just slept in my arms. We got in the car and I started video taping her because Nate really wanted me to and of course for good memories too! She would pass out, wake up and mumble things and pass out again. She was so out of it from the sedation. It was really sad but so funny the way she was acting at the same time! They hooked her up with lots of little toys, balloons and stickers and that's all she kept asking for. It was quite the experience I will never forget! My sweet little angel has been touching her mouth all day but I'm pretty sure the motrins helping out a lot! Hopefully she will heal fast and never have this many cavaties at once again!

Little Lamb

When we went to Jessica's appointment last week to The Wright House where she's getting married at; I took some pictures of Tylar and Tayson snice it's such a beautiful place and perfect for pictures! It was fun and the kids were well behaved.

A few days ago, a big package came from Tylar and Braxton's Grandma (Me Me). It was all their Easter stuff. They got a lot of candy, 2 pairs of cute sandals each, a bunch of bubbles, the second alvin and the chipmunks movie, both their own little fuzzy lamb, and stickers in both their own cute baskets. They loved it all so much and were overly excited! Thank you so much Me Me,  you are always so thoughtful!!! We all love you!!!!

Yesterday we went to Jace's Birthday party. They had a pinata, lots of candy and toys in the treat bags they got, ate yummy baseball cupcakes that Leah (Jace's Mom) made, which she did so cute; they looked store bought! Good job Leah! They had a squirt gun war and had so much fun! Thanks for the invite Leah and Jace; the kids loved it!

Photography By Jessica Elizabeth

Jessica and I went to the place that she's getting married at yesterday to pick out linens. It's the most beautiful place ever! She finally got her new camera she's been wanting, to start her photography buisness. Well she had her camera with her and wanted to take pictures of Tylar and I for her portfolio. So we took pictures for a bit and it was way fun; Tylar was such a good sport about it. They turned out so cute; Jess is still studying her photography and getting to know her new camera. I was really impressed with the photos for how new she is at this but I knew she's always had a natural gift for it! I wanted everyone to see how awesome she is at it, so enjoy!  Great job Jess and thank you, I love them!

Easter 2010

Nate headed off to Little Rock last week for work and hid brother John didn't have to leave until Sunday. Jess, John, all the kids and I got together at the Park to have a bbq and play at the Park. John grilled the Burgers and they were yummy! The kids had a lot of fun feeding the ducks, playing and running through the water in the spray pad they had there.

Saturday, John and I took the kids to the Community Easter party where they had games, food and the Easter Bunny, who we took pictures with and the kids couldn't get enough of that. Braxton did ask a lot of questions about the Bunny if he was real, if he was the one who comes and hides the eggs, if someone is dressed up; he's getting older and smarter and is extremely curious on a lot of things; it's so cute but a lot harder to fool him than Tylar.
Easter 2010
Fun and Games!
The kids won a lot of prizes, they both got all 3 bean bags in the hole on their first try. They must get that from Daddy! I was so proud! They had a huge jump house too that the kids played in for a while. There was 2 of them, one for the smaller kids that Tylar went in and one for the older ones that Braxton went in. It's so funny how different they are from each other. Braxton loves the attention and loves to show off but Tylar on the other hand was telling John and I to stop it and go away every time she saw us looking at her and she would stop jumping. It was hillarious!

Gosh do I love these kids!!!
We went to Aunty Jessy's house on Easter day. The kids had a little egg hunt in the front yard and had to look for the baskets in the back yard, which we do every year. My family has always had that tradition, so I carry it on. I always thought it was the coolest, most fun thing to do at Easter growing up and now my kids are loving it just as much! The collage above is Braxton finding all his sports eggs.
Tylar finding all her girly colored eggs.
Braxton found his basket within 2 minutes; I just hid it in a bush, pretty easy. Next year it will get a little harder; smart little dude!
Tylar found her basket in about 5 minutes. We give clues to them by playing the hot and cold game. I think she's still trying to understand the entire concept of it but had fun doing it and trying to figure it out.
This year I decided to color coat their baskets and everything inside. Of course Tylar got all Pink and Braxton wanted all Blue. I love putting these together, it's so fun to me that I look forward to it! I also made them each a glass jar with chocolate bunnies in them with grass and tied with ribbon and their names. They thought it was so cute. Thanks to Martha Stewarts Living Magazine on that one! Lol! It was a great Easter but only wish Daddy could have been there but there will be next year which makes it that much funner to look forward to. Hope evryone had a great and fun Easter!!!
