Christmas 2008

Christmas was so fun this year, we had a family party with
both sides of the family and our own christmas morning.
I always look forward to christmas cause it's the only
time i really see my entire family at once. The only people
missing this year were my older sister Allison and her
family but we will see them in a couple months. We had
Santa come to our house, we had tons of food and snacks,
lots of awesome gifts and my favorite from my mom; a victorias secret gift card! Yay!!! We also had a photographer
come to our house and do family pictures, we all went to
cracker barrell for breakfast, my mom rented huge tables
and set it up so beautiful, cleaned my entire house, watched
about 6 of her grandchildren while the adults left to do our
own thing and made the entire dinner for 23 people all
by herself!!! She always seems to impress me, just
refusing our help so we could go enjoy ourselves while she
slaved away in the kitchen by herself with lots of kids
to watch at the same time, i love and appreciate her so
much!!!! It was one of the best Christmas' ever!!

Our Park City Trip

We went to Park City Sunday to Tuesday this week like we do every year. The kids Nate me and my mom all went up together and stayed in my moms condo. We talked up on the way, it went by so fast; we also made those plastic balloons, the kids had a blast with those. Unfortunatley there was no snow this time until we were leaving, then it started snowing, so
we missed it but we had so much fun without it
anyway. We went to Temple Square and saw all the
beautiful lights, nativity scenes, the Christmas Market,
the Tabernacle and much more! We went to the outlets
watched movies by the fireplace, played pool, went in the
jacuzzi and sauna and vegged out and relaxed. We also ate
at the Lions (Joseph Smiths Home) the food was all
homemade by these little old ladies, it was so good! This
is really the only place wev'e gone in a year so it was nice
to hang out as a family and take time off to relax, have fun
and be together!
