I think at some point; most Mother's with daughters turn their curiosity into fun reality! Well I sure did the other day. When Braxton was at school; Tylar and I had a girls day doing our nails, hair and make up, yeah I said it! I put a lot of make up on Tylar out of curiosity and it was fun and she loved it too!!! So of course I had to take a few pictures of my little diva all dolled up!
Before and after Daddy's done with work; we get to hang out as a family. Lately we've been taking the kids to the park to play baseball, play and feed the ducks, water park (spray pads) and the pool. The kids love anything that involves Daddy since they hadn't seen him for a while and anything that involves playing outside. It's so fun being able to hang out as a family again! So far we love Arizona. We went to our ward for the first time here this last Sunday (since we've been going to Jessica's ward) and we met a lot of great, welcoming people. We also had the missionaries over Sunday night and let me just say, they were some of the coolest missionaries I've ever met! I also love our neighbors across the street! Were already exchanging late night cookies and brownies; and to make things better, the Mom Caroline LOVES to scrapbook and do any sort of craft; so I know already that were gonna be great friends and get along just fine!!

Together Again

Yesterday was the best day ever. Jess and I took the kids to the water park and then I wanted Tayson to have a sleep over and then Jess could get a break too. So I took the kids to Petsmart to kill some time and see the animals. After we left, we headed home and as soon as we pulled in the garage, I go to get the kids out and to my surprise, Nate popped out from around the corner! I was in shock, he wasn't supposed to be home until October; so I was as happy as could be and so surprised! I had absolutely no idea at all! He came back with Mike and he came out too from around the corner. so it turned out to be perfect timing on taking Tayson that day, so Mike had Tayson to reunite with while we were. It was perfect! I showed Nate around his house for the first time and stayed up late talking. Sunday morning we woke up bright and early and packed a picnic and went to the park. I can't express enough, how great I feel with Nate back home!! It was almost 2 months of not seeing him, I missed him sooooooo much!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jess and I love bringing the kids to the water park and hanging out with each other, of course cause she's my sister and one of my best friends ever and it's been about 5 years since we last lived near each other! I love it and love having her near by, she's so fun to be with and I love that I can be completely be myself around her!

More fun times together with my sis and the kiddies! Parks, ice cream and more water parks1!

I was going through my pics and realized I never posted these. This was before we left Little Rock. We went to the pool with Ahmad & Alicia. It was great and I already miss those times!

Arizona Picture Overload

Tylar is my little big helper. Every time she sees me clean; I don't even ask her to help, she will just start helping. She really goes the extra mile too when Braxton's at school.
Here's Tylar's new canopy bed that my Dad and Robin gave her. I love it! I also painted her name on the head board with some little ballerina slippers! Thanks again Dad & Robin, she loves it and kept saying "my bed, awww so pretty" when I was putting it up!

Some older pics I found, that are my favorites of Nate and fun fun memories! I miss you Babe!

Fun memories! Also my sister Allison and her family went to Florida for a family vacation and on their way back, stopped and met up with Nate and Mike at IHop. I'm so glad they all got to see each other!

Jess and I took all the kids to the park by our house last night. We knew we would all enjoy it better when the sun went down and we sure did, it was so fun and funny watching all the kids play together. Jess and I played on the teeter tauter with them too, it was a blast and think we had too much fun on it cause we caught ourselves hogging it from the kids!

When we got to Debbie's, I had the kids stand at the door as I stood back to watch and take pics. When she opened the door, she pulled both kids into her arms just hugging them and not letting go. It was very emotional and got me a little choked up, just to see the happiness on all their faces and how much they all missed each other! I'm so happy they got to see their MeMe and spend quality time with her, especially not seeing them all summer! I can't wait to go back and visit again in October with Nate!

All Done

So Jessica, Tayson, Talon, the kids and I all left to St. George last Saturday. It ended up taking us 10 hours!!! Poor Braxton and Tayson were throwing up; one after the other, so we had to keep pulling over. Then Tylar had major diarrhea a couple times in her pants. It was crazy but we made it and the kids were fine when we got there; I think the boys had car sickness. We first went to see my brother Chris, Tiff and the kids and Jess and her kids stayed there. I took the kids to see their Grandma MeMe and they got to spend the whole time at her place and I went to Niesha and Jeremy's house for a couple nights, then back one night at my brother's place. It was so great to finally see them all!!

Our visit with my brother Chris, Tiff, Blade, Bo, Dawsen, Noah, Kealie and Jada. The kids got to see them all for a little bit the night we got in but not as long as I hoped for; it was just way too late when we got there. When I went back over to stay the night Monday; I played rock band with Chris, Dawsen and Noah, it was a blast!!!! Early Tuesday, Jess and I went to get the uhaul and load up our stuff from storage. I forgot how much stuff we had and only got a 17 foot truck. My friend Boston got her roomate and friend to help me, along with Jessica and Niesha. I ended up getting a 6 x 6 storage unit and putting the things I couldn't fit in the truck into it.
While I was there, I visited a few friends. My friends Lynda and Nicole from Samurai 21 and my friend Shawna who also colored Jessica's hair while we were there. It was so awesome to see them, I miss them so much! I wish I could have seen more friends but I was very limited to time.

On Sunday, I went to church with Debbie and my kids and then we got together for dinner at Niesha and Jeremy's. Debbie made my favorite, pot roast! Yummy!!! The kids went swimming and played while we watched and caught up on things.
Just a few pictures of our new place. I hate trying to take pics of the house cause I don't think they do much justice. You can't even get an entire room in a pic and some details are left out but these pictures are mainly for my journal and especially for you babe, since you haven't seen what your home looks like yet but you will in person in October! Yay!! I can't wait!!!!!!!!! This below is part of Braxton's room. I'm doing a vintage theme and want to add some vintage baseball decors.
Here's our room and master bath. It also has a walk in shower

Here's pictures of different angles of the living room and hallways. Also Babe, the empty space on the wall above the long table is where I want to mount the t.v. on the wall.
The kitchen, dining area and half bathroom downstairs.

Braxton's first day of school! I walked him to his class, met the teacher and kissed him good bye. It's going good so far, he's made a couple friends, likes his teacher and is already understanding the concept of home work! It still feels so weird to me knowing I have a child in school; actually it makes me feel even older!

Jessica is studying to be a professional photographer and wanted to just take some pics of the kids. She got Tylar all dolled up and here are just a few that are my favorite! I think she'll do great and just has a natural nick for it! By the time she got to Braxton, it was dark outside and took a few inside but she didn't like how they turned out so he's set for another day!
I took this right before we went to church today, I thought they both looked so cute! It feels great to go to church, especially for my kids because it means so much for me to have them understand, learn and know God and to have him in their lives. Jessica is actually the one who inspired me and gave me a little push! I still have a lot to work on and grow from but I know I want the lord if my life and my families lives. Thanks Jess for asking me every week and giving me that extra little push I needed! I love you!
